• Integral part of software and application vision and strategy that is responsible for driving technology to help accelerate our growth plan and assist in the back-up of other technology areas when necessary
• Assists in day-to-day operations as troubleshooting problems arising from regular use, production support, and maintaining applications
• Work closely with product owners and internal stakeholders to understand their information needs and develop technical solutions
• Cross-train internal stakeholders regarding usage of our systems, and best practices

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience with Visual Studio – C#/.Net MVC, SQL Server, XML, Angular etc.
• Experience in SQL Server Stored procedures and functions
• Hands-on experience with web API
• Strong understanding of User environment and processes since relational databases impact all aspects of the process from quote to delivery to the customer
• Experience with both office and warehouse/distribution center operation and the technology required to maximize their efficiency
• Experience promoting consistency and collaboration between functional departments and IT with primary focus on optimizing business processes supported by information technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capable of troubleshooting database and reporting issues
• Self -starter who takes initiative and is proactive.
• Working knowledge of Source control tools

Responsibilities:

• Understand the API services and case management systems and how they interact;
• Understand the business requirements and how the APIs can be used to meet those requirements;
• Collaborate with API architects and developers in creating and maintaining API documentation;
• Work with an API management platform to manage API specifications, users, clients and products. Onboard new users to the platform and support existing users;
• Meet with internal and external clients to gather requirements for building API resources that meet the needs of the courts;
• Work with various teams to refine API governance, analytics and monitoring solutions;
• Build queries using SQL to validate and verify business requirements;

Experience:

• Microsoft SQL Server or other database technology;
• API design tools, such as SwaggerHub or Stoplight;
• API Management platforms, such as Microsoft Azure API Management or Google Apigee;
• Agile development practices such as continuous integration/continuous delivery, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing;
• Facilitate working meetings, elicit and solicit information, and absorb the information being communicated; facilitate a shared understanding of the problem, possible solutions, and scope of the project in its entirety; facilitate solutions to technical challenges among multiple teams when they involve negotiation between multiple business and technical stakeholders;
• Apply critical thinking skills to determine the appropriateness of requests, with periodic reviews of business procedures to clarify or change a business process. Use the knowledge gained in the daily operational procedures as input to business process and procedure documentation;
